TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. The neuromuscular response that occurs while performing exercises in unstable conditions, forcing you to engage your core and other muscles to stay in control of your body while performing the movements is what builds strength and stability. The ease of adjusting intensity while using the TRX makes it ideal for all fitness and ability levels.
