Circuit Class

This class focuses on fundamental movements using basic fitness equipment you would have at home. Using different exercises everyone will work at their own pace and intensity level, all the while working within a supportive team environment. Quick exercise modifications allow all fitness levels to participate from beginner to advance.

You will be working at your own pace to achieve your fitness goals while working within a supportive team environment.
