With the recent changes to BC's COVID restrictions, all in-person classes are currently on hold until at least January 18.

But physical distancing doesn't mean that you have to give up on physical fitness!

Many of my in-person classes are available online for the time being.

What training style fits your lifestyle and needs?

I only have three rules: work hard, have fun, and be safe. My specialties include heavy lifting (Olympic Weightlifting, Power Lifting & Kettlebells), Fitness Kickboxing, and Seniors Fitness Programs. Sounds funky putting the Seniors Fitness Programs in there, but with the technique-driven lifting skills and basic strength mechanics it does make a great fit. Just not always the same exercise and intensity levels.
